XO Café features a “farm-to-table” culinary philosophy, led by Executive Chef Simon Keating, who maintains the integrity of original XO favorites, like the Bento Box filled with tempura mushroom fries, Rhode Island calamari, teriyaki beef, and lobster wontons while providing guests with fresh and inventive new dishes.
